Magnolia Trace is a relatively small community with only 88 homes. Located off of Brookron Drive, Magnolia Trace is surrounded by Cypress trees and natural water reserves, where it’s not uncommon for residents to share space with egrets, Sandhill cranes or even the occasional alligator.
The Magnolia Trace Homeowner’s Association generally meets once per month at the New Tampa Regional Library off of Cross Creek Boulevard. Check the Cross Creek II calendar for more information. The meetings are welcome to the public and community involvement is encouraged.
