 COMMUNITY NEWS

Welcome to the Cross Creek II Master Association Blog.
We will keep you informed on the latest events that affect our community.

Hello Neighbor,

Hillsborough County is a participating community in the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA’s)

National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Furthermore, since October of 1992, the County has taken

advantage of the opportunity to participate in the NFIP’s Community Rating System, or CRS. The CRS program

incentivizes communities to go above and beyond minimum standards to implement best practices that better

protect the community from flooding. Information also can be found on the
Hillsborough County web site at www.hillsboroughcounty.org, search “Flood Maps.”
